H.A.V.E.N. (Havasu Abuse Victims Education Network)

HAVEN Family Resource Center is a non-profit agency located in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. HAVEN serves victims of crimes against children, domestic violence, sexual assault, elder abuse, and other cases as requested by partnering agencies. HAVEN Family Resource Center works in alliance with other agencies to reduce the trauma to victims of crime and increase the success of prosecution. Our service area includes Mohave County, La Paz County as well as the surrounding reservations. HAVEN Family Resource Center has been providing services since 2001.

We provide a multidisciplinary response to cases that are referred to the center including forensic medical evaluations, crisis and therapeutic counseling, advocacy, community awareness and education programs. Victims have the opportunity to obtain a variety of crisis services in one location, with all agencies working together in the best interest of the victim. 

HAVEN offers a playroom, family room, private medical exam room, and comfortable interview rooms. We also provide showers, personal hygiene items, clothes, and food to children and families when necessary.

Victims and their families are helped through their immediate trauma and provided with the tools to help with coping skills and the healing process.

Haven Family Resource Center is a member of The National Children's Alliance and Arizona Child and Family Advocacy Center Network.  We are a 501c3 not for profit organization.

H.A.V.E.N. Family Resource Center would appreciate your donation to support our Capital Campaign for our new building. Since 2001, H.A.V.E.N. Family Resource Center has been providing services to victims of abuse. Our services include Forensic Interviews, Forensic Exams, Counseling, Child Abuse Prevention Education, and the Food 4 Kidz Program.
